Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor daily site operations to ensure adherence to the project master schedule.
- Liaise with consultants, contractors, and local authorities to ensure seamless project execution.
- Prepare comprehensive project status reports for senior management, highlighting key milestones and risks.
- Oversee quality control processes to ensure all work meets SkyWorld's strict aesthetic and structural standards.
- Manage site-specific documentation, including progress claims, safety logs, and technical drawings.
- Conduct regular site meetings to resolve bottlenecks and optimize resource allocation.
- Ensure strict compliance with OSH (Occupational Safety and Health) regulations across all project phases.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project management within the property development or construction industry.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, or similar tools).
- Strong understanding of local building codes, planning permissions, and construction legal requirements.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate and lead diverse site teams.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle high-pressure situations on-site.
- Willingness to travel and work on-site as required by project demands.
