Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from initial job requisition to offer management and onboarding.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, define role requirements, and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Proactively build and maintain diverse talent pipelines through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and industry networking.
- Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to evaluate cultural fit, technical competency, and potential for growth.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to position TDCX as an employer of choice in the competitive Singapore market.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and data to provide actionable insights to leadership for process improvement.
- Ensure a seamless, high-touch candidate experience that reflects the TDCX culture and values.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the BPO or fast-paced corporate environment.
- Proven track record in managing high-volume recruitment while maintaining quality standards.
- Strong understanding of local employment laws and market trends in Singapore.
- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and modern sourcing tools.
- Ability to thrive in an agile, fast-paced work environment with tight deadlines.
