  • Proactively build and maintain diverse talent pipelines through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and industry networking.
  • Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to evaluate cultural fit, technical competency, and potential for growth.

  • Analyze recruitment metrics and data to provide actionable insights to leadership for process improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the BPO or fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Proven track record in managing high-volume recruitment while maintaining quality standards.
  • Strong understanding of local employment laws and market trends in Singapore.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
