In this role, you will play a critical part in the seamless execution of international trade operations. You will be responsible for managing complex documentation related to Letters of Credit (LC), shipments, and the overall import/export lifecycle. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of trade finance regulations, strong analytical skills, and a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, professional MNC environment.

Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end documentation for import and export activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare, verify, and process Letters of Credit (LC) and other trade-related financial instruments.
- Coordinate with internal departments, shipping lines, and freight forwarders to ensure timely shipment delivery.
- Maintain precise records of shipping documents, including Bills of Lading, Commercial Invoices, and Packing Lists.
- Monitor and resolve discrepancies in trade documents to avoid delays in payment or shipment clearance.
- Provide regular reports on trade finance activities and operational performance to management.
- Ensure adherence to international trade regulations and internal corporate policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Trade Finance, Import/Export operations, or Logistics.
- Proficiency in handling Letters of Credit (LC) and complex shipping documentation.
- Strong working knowledge of UCP 600 and other international banking/trade standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with overseas stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Strong analytical mindset with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Diploma or Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
