In this role, you will play a critical part in the seamless execution of international trade operations. You will be responsible for managing complex documentation related to Letters of Credit (LC), shipments, and the overall import/export lifecycle. Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end documentation for import and export activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Prepare, verify, and process Letters of Credit (LC) and other trade-related financial instruments.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, shipping lines, and freight forwarders to ensure timely shipment delivery.
  • Maintain precise records of shipping documents, including Bills of Lading, Commercial Invoices, and Packing Lists.
  • Monitor and resolve discrepancies in trade documents to avoid delays in payment or shipment clearance.
  • Provide regular reports on trade finance activities and operational performance to management.
  • Ensure adherence to international trade regulations and internal corporate policies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Trade Finance, Import/Export operations, or Logistics.
  • Proficiency in handling Letters of Credit (LC) and complex shipping documentation.
  • Strong working knowledge of UCP 600 and other international banking/trade standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with overseas stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Strong analytical mindset with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Diploma or Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
