Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy full-stack web applications using modern frameworks and technologies
- Make autonomous technical decisions regarding architecture, coding standards, and implementation approaches
- Lead end-to-end development projects from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional software
- Review code submissions and mentor junior team members on best practices and coding conventions
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security across frontend and backend systems
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective solutions with minimal guidance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years of proven experience in full-stack development with expertise in both frontend and backend technologies
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript with frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular for frontend development
- Extensive experience with backend technologies including Node.js, Python, or similar server-side platforms
- Practical experience with database design and management using SQL or NoSQL solutions
