As a senior engineer, you will own end‑to‑end feature delivery, from conceptual design through production deployment. You will participate in code reviews, improve CI/CD pipelines, and contribute to technical roadmap planning. Your ability to write clean, maintainable code and to advocate for performance optimizations will directly impact user experience and business outcomes. Additionally, you will explore AI‑assisted development practices—such as code generation, automated testing, and intelligent debugging—to boost team productivity.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust Laravel back‑end services and APIs.
- Build dynamic, responsive user interfaces using Vue.js (Composition API) and modern CSS frameworks.
- Collaborate with product, UX/UI, and DevOps teams to define feature scope and deliverables.
- Implement automated testing (unit, integration, end‑to‑end) and integrate AI‑assisted testing tools.
- Optimize application performance, security, and scalability through profiling and best‑practice refactoring.
- Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and promote continuous learning within the team.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience with Laravel and Vue.js (or similar PHP/JS stacks).
- Strong grasp of RESTful API design, microservices, and database design (MySQL/PostgreSQL).
- Proficiency in front‑end tooling: Webpack/Vite, Babel, ES6+, TypeScript (preferred).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI) and containerization (Docker).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and serverless concepts.
- Proven ability to write clean, testable code and to advocate for engineering excellence.
