Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Oversee monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local statutory requirements (CPF, IR8A, etc.).
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and workplace matters.
- Support the implementation of HR initiatives that align with corporate business objectives and organizational goals.
- Maintain and update personnel records, ensuring strict data confidentiality and integrity.
- Conduct performance management appraisals and assist department managers in fostering professional development.
- Participate in HR audits and process improvement projects to streamline departmental workflows.
Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in generalist HR functions.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and statutory regulations.
- Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS) and payroll software.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
