Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Administer monthly payroll processing, ensuring compliance with local statutory requirements and company policies.
- Maintain and update HRIS records to ensure data integrity and generate insightful reporting for management.
- Support the execution of performance management cycles and employee engagement initiatives.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR inquiries, providing accurate and timely advice.
- Lead or participate in cross-functional HR projects such as policy updates, process improvements, and digital tool implementations.
- Ensure compliance with Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations and internal audit standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an HR Generalist or Senior HR Executive role.
- Strong working knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and statutory regulations.
- Hands-on experience with payroll software and HRIS systems is highly preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with high levels of discretion.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
