Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including developing job descriptions, posting vacancies, and leveraging professional networks.
- Perform high-volume resume screening and candidate assessments to identify top-tier talent.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and departmental hiring managers.
- Conduct professional reference checks and verify candidate credentials.
- Maintain an organized and updated applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure data accuracy.
- Support onboarding initiatives to ensure a seamless integration for new hires.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand workforce planning requirements and talent gaps.
- Assist in HR reporting and metrics tracking to improve recruitment efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in HR operations or recruitment.
- In-depth knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and employment regulations.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS/ATS platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize under pressure, and meet tight hiring deadlines.
- High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential employee information.
