Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical and non-technical positions, ensuring timely fulfillment of staffing requirements
- Coordinate onboarding programs and new hire orientations to ensure smooth integration of new employees
- Administer employee benefits programs and handle escalations related to payroll and compensation inquiries
- Support performance management processes, including performance reviews, promotions, and merit increases
- Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and ensure compliance with data protection regulations
- Provide guidance to line managers on employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions and conflict resolution
- Assist in organizing training programs and professional development initiatives
- Contribute to HR projects such as workforce planning, organizational changes, and process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and regulations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with all organizational levels
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Experience with talent acquisition or employee engagement initiatives is advantageous
