Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, screening, and onboarding of new hires.
  • Maintain and update accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Process monthly payroll and handle statutory contributions (CPF, IR8A, etc.) for all employees.
  • Administer employee benefits, including insurance, leave management, and medical claims.
  • Advise management on labor legislation, employment law compliance, and internal HR policies.
  • Organize employee engagement initiatives to promote a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Handle work pass applications and renewals for foreign staff as required.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a full-spectrum HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations.
  • Prior experience within the F&B industry is highly advantageous.
  • Proficient in HR software/payroll systems and Microsoft Office suite.
