Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, screening, and onboarding of new hires.
- Maintain and update accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Process monthly payroll and handle statutory contributions (CPF, IR8A, etc.) for all employees.
- Administer employee benefits, including insurance, leave management, and medical claims.
- Advise management on labor legislation, employment law compliance, and internal HR policies.
- Organize employee engagement initiatives to promote a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Handle work pass applications and renewals for foreign staff as required.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a full-spectrum HR role.
- Strong knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations.
- Prior experience within the F&B industry is highly advantageous.
- Proficient in HR software/payroll systems and Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, hands-on approach.
