Join La Calisto as a Senior HR Executive and spearhead our HR operations and administration functions across the group. As a senior leader, you'll collaborate with department heads to align HR initiatives with business objectives, develop scalable HR solutions, and proactively address workforce challenges. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in HR systems, data-driven decision-making, and change management while maintaining a strong focus on employee experience and operational integrity.
Responsibilities
- End-to-end management of payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee records
- Develop and implement HR policies ensuring compliance with Malaysian labor laws
- Oversee employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, and performance management
- Optimize HR operations through process automation and system integration
- Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures
- Lead HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention
- Monitor HR KPIs and provide analytical insights for strategic decision-making
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience with 2+ years in operations/administration
- Proven expertise in payroll processing and Malaysian labor regulations
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities
- SHRM-SCP or CIPD certification preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience in multi-location HR operations management
