We are seeking a proactive and strategic Senior HR Executive (Training & Development) to join Pasona in Singapore. Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive training programs that address skill gaps and support career development.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and align learning objectives with business goals.
- Manage the end-to-end training cycle including scheduling, resource allocation, and post-training evaluation.
- Develop and maintain training materials, manuals, and e-learning content.
- Monitor training budgets and ensure cost-effective delivery of programs.
- Evaluate training effectiveness using metrics, feedback, and performance data to drive continuous improvement.
- Support succession planning and leadership development initiatives.
- Stay abreast of L&D trends and best practices to keep our programs innovative and relevant.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR with a focus on training and development.
- Strong knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) and modern training methodologies.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to design engaging training sessions and materials.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess training needs and measure program impact.
- Professional certifications in training and development (e.g., ACTA, DACE) are highly regarded.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively across all levels.
