Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for complex engineering and technical roles.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality, passive candidates.
- Partner with key hiring managers to understand technical requirements and define ideal candidate profiles.
- Conduct comprehensive screening, behavioral interviewing, and skills assessments for engineering applicants.
- Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely feedback and high engagement levels.
- Maintain data accuracy within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and provide regular reporting on recruitment metrics.
- Advise hiring teams on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on Engineering or technical sectors.
- Proven track record in headhunting and sourcing for niche technical talent.
- Strong understanding of engineering terminologies and industry trends within the energy sector.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing at all levels.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple high-priority roles simultaneously.
- Ability to thrive in an immediate-start, fast-paced contract environment.
