Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end payroll processing cycle, ensuring 100% accuracy and timeliness.
- Administer employee benefit programs, including HMO, leave management, and government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
- Conduct regular benchmarking to ensure compensation packages remain competitive within the automotive industry.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding pay discrepancies, benefit inquiries, and timekeeping concerns.
- Maintain compliance with all local labor laws, tax regulations, and internal company policies.
- Prepare comprehensive payroll reports, compensation audits, and budget forecasts for management review.
- Collaborate with the HR team to streamline compensation workflows and improve payroll efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits and Payroll administration.
- Strong proficiency in Philippine labor laws and statutory contribution requirements.
- Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas) are essential.
- Experience using HRIS or automated payroll systems.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a high degree of attention to detail and data integrity.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to handle sensitive employee inquiries with discretion.
