Responsibilities
- Develop and implement performance goals for HR staff, ensuring accountability, growth, and development.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process to attract top-tier talent for the organization.
- Manage employee relations and conflict resolution to maintain a harmonious workplace culture.
- Ensure full compliance with Philippine Labor Code and company HR policies.
- Design and execute comprehensive training and development programs to enhance workforce capabilities.
- Collaborate with department heads to align HR strategies with broader business objectives.
- Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration to ensure employee satisfaction.
- Conduct regular HR audits and risk assessments to maintain organizational health.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS (e.g., Bamboo, Workday) and payroll systems.
- Proven track record in performance management and talent development.
- Ability to handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
