Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and compliance.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives and industry best practices.
  • Oversee talent acquisition and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and equity.
  • Ensure full compliance with Malaysian labour laws, regulations, and corporate policies.
  • Conduct training needs analysis and coordinate learning and development initiatives.
  • Drive employee engagement, diversity, and organisational development initiatives.
  • Provide strategic HR advice and guidance to management and staff.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
  • Strong knowledge of the Malaysian Employment Act and current HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability in strategic HR planning and execution.
  • Demonstrated discretion and integrity in handling confidential information.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., CHRP, MIPM) is highly advantageous.
