Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and compliance.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives and industry best practices.
- Oversee talent acquisition and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and equity.
- Ensure full compliance with Malaysian labour laws, regulations, and corporate policies.
- Conduct training needs analysis and coordinate learning and development initiatives.
- Drive employee engagement, diversity, and organisational development initiatives.
- Provide strategic HR advice and guidance to management and staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
- Strong knowledge of the Malaysian Employment Act and current HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability in strategic HR planning and execution.
- Demonstrated discretion and integrity in handling confidential information.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications.
- Professional HR certification (e.g., CHRP, MIPM) is highly advantageous.
