Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end integration solutions for complex financial systems.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to define requirements and deliver scalable, high-performance middleware solutions.
- Monitor and troubleshoot integration pipelines, ensuring 24/7 reliability for critical financial processes.
- Perform code reviews and mentor junior engineers to maintain high standards of software excellence.
- Optimize existing integration workflows to improve efficiency and reduce latency in data processing.
- Ensure full compliance with industry-standard security protocols and DTCC internal governance frameworks.
- Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the modernization of legacy integration platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software integration, middleware development, or API management.
- Strong proficiency in Java, Python, or similar programming languages relevant to system integration.
- Experience with integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Tibco, or similar) and messaging protocols (JMS, MQ, Kafka).
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, SOAP, and microservices architecture.
- Previous experience working in an APAC shift or global follow-the-sun operational model is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex system issues in high-volume, mission-critical environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
