Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Licensing & Sales Executive to join our client's team on a 4-month contract basis (maternity cover). This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional with a passion for brand management and business development to contribute to a leading organization's licensing portfolio.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing brand licensing accounts, driving sales performance, and handling administrative duties to ensure smooth operations. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to maximize revenue opportunities and maintain strong business relationships.

Responsibilities
- Manage and develop brand licensing accounts to achieve sales targets
- Identify and pursue new business development opportunities within the licensing sector
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners
- Handle sales administration including documentation, reporting, and correspondence
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support brand initiatives
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with company procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in licensing, sales, or brand management
- Proven track record in account management and business development
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to negotiate effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
