Bridge Data Centres is seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager, Environment Health and Safety (EHS) to join our team in Singapore. This pivotal leadership role is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive EHS strategies across our data centre operations in the Asia-Pacific region.
As the Senior Manager, EHS, you will be instrumental in establishing a proactive safety culture that protects our most valuable assets—our people and infrastructure. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership to integrate EHS best practices into all operational processes, ensuring compliance with local and international standards while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive EHS policies, procedures, and programs aligned with international standards and local regulatory requirements
- Lead and mentor a team of EHS professionals across multiple data centre locations in the Asia-Pacific region
- Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions
- Ensure full compliance with Singapore MOM regulations, NEA requirements, and other applicable environmental and safety standards
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses, preparing detailed reports and recommending preventive measures
- Design and deliver EHS training programs to enhance employee awareness and competence
- Collaborate with operations teams to integrate safety considerations into facility design, construction, and maintenance activities
- Track and analyze EHS performance metrics, preparing executive-level reports and presentations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related discipline; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in EHS management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role
- Professional certifications such as NEBOSH Diploma, IOSH Managing Safely, or equivalent is highly desirable
- In-depth knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and Singapore workplace safety regulations
- Proven experience managing EHS programs in data centres, manufacturing, or critical infrastructure environments is advantageous
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, capable of influencing at all organizational levels
- Experience with regulatory interactions and government agency relationships in Singapore or the Asia-Pacific region
