Join Frasers Property, a leading multinational real estate developer, as a Senior Manager, Facilities Management for the iconic Alexandra Technopark. This is a high-impact, 12-month contract role designed for a seasoned professional to drive operational excellence across our premium business park assets. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will be the cornerstone of building maintenance, ensuring that our facilities remain world-class, sustainable, and highly efficient.

Responsibilities
- Oversee and lead the daily operations and maintenance of building systems, including MEP, HVAC, and Fire Protection systems.
- Manage external term contractors and service providers, ensuring performance aligns with stringent Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and KPIs.
- Develop and manage comprehensive annual Operating Expenditure (OPEX) and Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) budgets.
- Ensure 100% compliance with local statutory requirements, including Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) and Fire Safety regulations.
- Drive sustainability initiatives and manage energy consumption to support Green Mark certifications and ESG goals.
- Lead emergency response planning and business continuity strategies for the property.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for complex tenant requests and technical facilities issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Facilities Management, Building Science, Real Estate, or a related Engineering discipline.
- At least 8-10 years of experience in facilities management, preferably within large-scale commercial or business park environments.
- Certified Fire Safety Manager (FSM) or Green Mark Manager (GMM) certification is highly advantageous.
- In-depth knowledge of Singapore building codes, statutory regulations, and procurement processes.
- Proven experience in managing multi-million dollar O&M budgets and large-scale technical projects.
- Strong leadership capability with experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for effective stakeholder and vendor management.
