  • Oversee performance management processes, ensuring fair and consistent evaluation standards.
  • Partner with senior management to design competitive compensation, benefits, and reward structures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial or leadership capacity.
  • Deep understanding of Singapore’s employment laws, labor regulations, and statutory requirements.
