Responsibilities
- Provide direct strategic support to the Director in day-to-day operations and high-level decision-making processes.
- Develop and implement operational frameworks to enhance efficiency and productivity across the organization.
- Oversee departmental performance by monitoring KPIs and executing data-driven improvements.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver key projects on time and within scope.
- Draft executive reports, presentations, and briefing documents for senior management reviews.
- Identify potential business risks and formulate effective mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate communication between executive leadership and internal stakeholders to ensure organizational alignment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in management or a senior operational role.
- Proven track record of success in leading complex projects and managing organizational change.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in business management software.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality and integrity.
- Strong command of English and Indonesian, both written and verbal.
