Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance by promoting a specialized portfolio of pharmaceutical products to hospital specialists and key stakeholders.
- Develop and execute strategic territory business plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs) to foster long-term brand loyalty.
- Conduct professional presentations and educational sessions for clinical staff to ensure correct product application.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and hospital procurement processes to identify new growth opportunities.
- Maintain high levels of customer service and provide technical support to hospital departments as required.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and medical affairs teams to align field activities with overarching company objectives.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Science, Pharmacy, Biomedical Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales, specifically targeting hospital sectors.
- Proven track record of consistent sales achievement and territory management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence key decision-makers.
- Possess a valid driving license and own a vehicle (preferred for transport allowance eligibility).
- Self-motivated, resilient, and highly organized with a focus on results.
