We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Senior Medical Sales Executive / Medical Sales Executive to join our dynamic commercial team in Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
Position Summary
This role presents an excellent opportunity for a sales professional to drive business growth and expand our market presence in the medical device industry. You will be responsible for promoting our diverse portfolio of medical products to healthcare professionals, hospital procurement teams, and key decision-makers in the hospital sector. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in medical device or pharmaceutical sales and demonstrate excellent communication and presentation abilities.
What You'll Do
As part of our team, you will develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives, build long-lasting relationships with clients, and represent Lifeways at industry events and conferences. Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for medical devices
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in government and private hospitals
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to healthcare professionals
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities
- Provide technical support and training to customers on product usage
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and expense claims
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional strategies
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Biomedical, Life Sciences, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in medical device or pharmaceutical sales
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Strong business acumen and ability to build long-term customer relationships
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driving license with own transportation
