Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments for clients with a range of disabilities
  • Develop and implement individualized intervention plans focused on functional independence
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic support
  • Monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting interventions as needed
  • Provide training and guidance to therapy assistants, teachers, and caregivers
  • Contribute to programme development and quality improvement initiatives
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with professional and organizational standards
  • Participate in case conferences, team meetings, and community outreach activities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
  • Full registration with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) Singapore
  • For Senior position: minimum 3-5 years of clinical experience in paediatric or adult disability settings
  • Strong clinical reasoning and assessment skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Experience with sensory integration, assistive technology, or augmentative communication is an advantage
  • Commitment to person-centred care and inclusive practices
