We are seeking dedicated and skilled Senior Occupational Therapists and Occupational Therapists to join our multidisciplinary team in Central & North locations. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments for clients with a range of disabilities
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans focused on functional independence
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic support
- Monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting interventions as needed
- Provide training and guidance to therapy assistants, teachers, and caregivers
- Contribute to programme development and quality improvement initiatives
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with professional and organizational standards
- Participate in case conferences, team meetings, and community outreach activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
- Full registration with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) Singapore
- For Senior position: minimum 3-5 years of clinical experience in paediatric or adult disability settings
- Strong clinical reasoning and assessment skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Experience with sensory integration, assistive technology, or augmentative communication is an advantage
