As a Senior Planner, you will work closely with the Planning Manager to maintain rigorous project timelines, mitigate risks, and ensure that our operational goals align with client expectations. You will be at the heart of project delivery, utilizing your expertise to manage complex schedules and lead the charge on Extension of Time (EOT) claims. Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and update detailed project master schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- Collaborate with the Planning Manager to track project performance against the baseline program and identify deviations.
- Coordinate with site teams and subcontractors to ensure progress alignment and resource availability.
- Prepare and analyze monthly progress reports and performance dashboards for stakeholders.
- Manage the documentation and submission of Extension of Time (EOT) claims with supporting forensic delay analysis.
- Monitor critical paths and proactively identify potential schedule risks to implement mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate planning meetings to ensure all project stakeholders are informed and aligned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in project planning and scheduling within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in scheduling software, specifically Primavera P6; experience with Tilos or similar tools is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, sequences, and project lifecycle management.
- Proven ability in handling complex EOT claims and delay analysis.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet demanding project deadlines.
