Responsibilities
- Develop and execute global procurement strategies to support F&B operational goals.
- Manage end-to-end vendor lifecycle, including sourcing, negotiation, and performance evaluation.
- Analyze market trends to drive cost-efficiency and identify opportunities for savings without compromising quality.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to align procurement activities with production and inventory requirements.
- Ensure full compliance with industry standards, food safety regulations, and internal procurement policies.
- Maintain and optimize supply chain relationships to ensure consistent availability of raw materials and ingredients.
- Prepare regular procurement reports and budget forecasts for executive management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably within the F&B or manufacturing sector.
- Strong understanding of international trade, logistics, and global sourcing practices.
- Proven expertise in contract negotiation and vendor relationship management.
- Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel.
- Strong communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, industrial environment in the North region.
- Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
