Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end procurement cycle, including sourcing, price negotiation, and contract administration for medical and non-medical supplies.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to forecast demand and ensure timely availability of critical healthcare resources.
- Evaluate and manage vendor performance, fostering long-term strategic partnerships to ensure service level excellence.
- Conduct market research and trend analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and supply chain improvements.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with healthcare industry standards, legal regulations, and internal governance policies.
- Manage the inventory replenishment process to minimize stockouts and optimize working capital.
- Utilize ERP systems to track purchase orders, analyze spending patterns, and generate management reports.
- Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- At least 3-5 years of professional experience in procurement, with a strong preference for candidates from the Healthcare or Medical sector.
- Proven track record in vendor management and successful contract negotiations.
- Proficiency in ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
