Responsibilities
- Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your assigned product area, aligning with company objectives and market needs.
- Translate high-level product strategy into detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, ensuring clear communication to development teams.
- Prioritize the product backlog effectively, balancing new features, technical debt, and bug fixes to maximize business value and user satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging product experiences that delight users.
- Work hand-in-hand with engineering teams throughout the agile development lifecycle, from sprint planning to deployment, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and gather customer feedback to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, customers, and the development team, ensuring alignment and clear communication.
- Monitor product performance post-launch, analyze key metrics, and iterate on features to drive continuous improvement and achieve KPIs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a software development environment, preferably within SaaS or enterprise technology.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and iterating on complex software products.
- Deep understanding and practical experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to product decision-making.
- Experience with product analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude) and A/B testing frameworks.
- CSPO, PSPO, or similar Product Owner certification is highly desirable.
