Responsibilities
- Define and execute product vision/strategy through data-driven roadmaps and feature prioritization
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver high-impact releases
- Conduct market research and user interviews to identify unmet needs
- Manage product backlog with clear acceptance criteria and user stories
- Analyze KPIs and user feedback to iterate on product improvements
- Present product updates to executive stakeholders and secure buy-in
- Lead agile ceremonies (sprint planning, retrospectives, grooming sessions)
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product ownership experience in SaaS/tech industry
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Proven ability to translate business objectives into technical requirements
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
- Experience managing products through full lifecycle (ideation to launch)
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
- Certified Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent preferred
