Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain complex production machinery and assembly equipment.
- Conduct routine quality control inspections to ensure compliance with technical specifications.
- Monitor production output and adjust processes to meet daily targets and efficiency goals.
- Adhere strictly to all workplace safety regulations and standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with the engineering and quality teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring 5S standards are upheld.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in a similar Production Technician or Assembly role.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control systems, and safety standards.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Relevant technical certifications (e.g., IPC, NDT) are highly desirable.
