We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior Project Manager to lead and drive end-to-end project delivery for a leading organization within the financial services sector. As a Senior Project Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, managing expectations and fostering strong relationships across cross-functional teams. Your expertise will be critical in navigating the complexities of the financial services landscape, from regulatory compliance to agile methodologies. We are looking for a leader who is not only detail-oriented but also possesses the vision to drive process improvements and mentor junior team members.
Responsibilities
- Lead the full project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closing.
- Manage cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication of goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and budget tracking.
- Facilitate regular stakeholder meetings and status reports to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively resolving issues to minimize impact on delivery.
- Implement and monitor quality assurance processes to ensure deliverables meet industry standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager (minimum 5 years), preferably within the financial services or IT sector.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model with a presence in Makati.
