Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily construction site activities to ensure smooth project execution
- Manage and monitor project progress against established timelines and budgets
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure material and resource availability
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards
- Prepare and update project documentation including progress reports and site diaries
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address potential issues promptly
- Liaise with project stakeholders to communicate updates and resolve conflicts
- Mentor and guide junior team members to support their professional development
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in construction project supervision or coordination
- Strong understanding of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to handle multiple tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction management software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with diverse teams
- Knowledge of Malaysian building regulations and safety standards
