We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Psychologist to lead our psychological services department. In this pivotal role, you will provide advanced clinical assessments, diagnose psychological disorders, and deliver evidence-based psychotherapies to patients across various age groups and conditions. You will work closely with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and patient-centered treatment plans.
As a Senior Psychologist, you will also take on supervisory responsibilities, guiding and mentoring a team of psychologists and clinical trainees. You will be involved in program development, outcome evaluation, and the implementation of best practices to continually improve service quality. Additionally, you may contribute to research initiatives and professional training programs within the hospital.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations for patients.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based psychotherapies (e.g., CBT, DBT, mindfulness).
- Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to junior psychologists and interns.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and support services.
- Lead group therapy sessions and psychoeducational workshops for patients and families.
- Contribute to quality improvement projects and clinical research.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with professional standards.
- Participate in community outreach programs to promote mental health awareness.
Qualifications
- Doctoral or Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Full registration with the Singapore Psychological Society (SPS) or eligibility for registration.
- Minimum 5 years of post-qualification clinical experience, preferably in a hospital setting.
- Proven experience in psychological assessment, diagnosis, and psychotherapy.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Strong knowledge of ethical guidelines and best practices in psychology.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
- Research experience and publications are an advantage.
