Hua Hin Marketing is seeking a detailâoriented Senior Purchasing Executive who is fluent in Mandarin to lead the endâtoâend procurement process for our manufacturing and logistics operations. In this pivotal role, you will drive supplier identification, negotiate favourable contracts, monitor performance, and ensure timely delivery of materials while optimizing costs.
You will collaborate closely with production, finance, and logistics teams to align purchasing strategies with business objectives, leveraging ERP systems to maintain accurate inventory levels and forecast demand. Your strong analytical skills will enable you to assess market trends, mitigate supply chain risks, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for raw materials, components, and services.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard qualified suppliers, ensuring compliance with quality and delivery standards.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to achieve cost savings while maintaining supplier relationships.
- Monitor supplier performance through KPIs, conduct regular reviews, and drive corrective actions.
- Manage purchase orders, track shipments, and resolve any discrepancies or delays.
- Prepare monthly spend reports, forecast future needs, and support budgeting processes.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procurement regulations, and ethical sourcing practices.
- Collaborate with crossâfunctional teams to align procurement activities with production schedules and market demand.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3â5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or sourcing within manufacturing or logistics.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English (spoken and written) is essential.
- Proven track record of supplier negotiation and cost reduction initiatives.
- Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical, problemâsolving, and decisionâmaking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Knowledge of international trade practices, Incoterms, and import/export procedures is a plus.
