Responsibilities
- Perform routine and non-routine quality control testing on raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.
- Ensure strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), and local regulatory guidelines.
- Operate and calibrate laboratory instrumentation, including HPLC, GC, and UV-Vis spectrophotometers.
- Prepare accurate, detailed, and timely analytical test reports for review by management.
- Participate in internal quality audits and external regulatory inspections to ensure compliance.
- Investigate and troubleshoot assay failures, root cause analysis, and method validation.
- Maintain laboratory documentation and ensure batch records are properly completed.
Qualifications
- Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Science, or a related scientific field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in QC within a Biopharma or MNC environment.
- Strong working knowledge of GMP, GLP, and ISO 9001 quality systems.
- Proficiency in operating analytical equipment such as HPLC, GC, and titration techniques.
- Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced laboratory setting and within a shift schedule.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to document findings clearly.
