As the Senior Quality Manager, you will lead the strategic quality direction, overseeing the implementation of rigorous testing protocols, quality management systems (QMS), and cross-functional process improvements. You will work closely with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to maintain our competitive edge in the high-stakes electronics industry. Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive Quality Management Systems (QMS) compliant with ISO 9001 and industry-specific electronics standards.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing quality team to achieve operational excellence and meet rigorous throughput targets.
- Oversee end-to-end quality control processes, from incoming raw material inspection to final product verification.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, Six Sigma, Lean) to reduce non-conformance rates and improve manufacturing efficiency.
- Conduct regular internal and external audits, ensuring full regulatory compliance and customer audit readiness.
- Manage root cause analysis (RCA) and implement robust corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for critical manufacturing issues.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to align quality standards with international manufacturing protocols.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in quality management within a high-volume electronics manufacturing environment.
- Proven track record in leading large teams and managing complex quality assurance programs in an MNC setting.
- Deep understanding of IPC standards, ISO 9001, and IATF 16949 (or equivalent) requirements.
- Expertise in statistical process control (SPC), FMEA, and other analytical quality tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate technical challenges in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing across all levels of the organization.
