Responsibilities

  • Client Partnership: Partner with leading organizations to understand their hiring needs, corporate culture, and talent gaps to deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from initial briefing and job profiling to offer negotiation and onboarding for mid-to-senior level positions.
  • Strategic Sourcing: Utilize a variety of sourcing channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, headhunting) to build a robust pipeline of passive and active candidates.
  • Candidate Management: Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' technical skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations, ensuring a high-quality shortlist.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability within specific sectors to provide expert advice to clients and candidates.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and sustain strong professional networks across target industries to ensure a steady pipeline of business opportunities and top talent.
  • Business Development Support: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and prospective client accounts, contributing to the overall revenue growth of the team.
