Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from client acquisition to candidate placement.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract high-quality candidates across diverse sectors.
- Provide mentorship and leadership to junior consultants to drive team performance.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with key industry stakeholders and hiring managers.
- Conduct professional interviews and candidate assessments to ensure excellent cultural and technical fit.
- Analyze market trends to provide consultative advice to clients on talent acquisition strategies.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly key performance indicators (KPIs) and revenue targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in agency recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Proven track record of consistent billing and achieving recruitment targets.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels.
- Demonstrated leadership potential or prior experience in team management is highly preferred.
- Excellent understanding of the Singapore labor market and recruitment best practices.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and highly organized with a goal-oriented mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is an advantage.
