Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various positions, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, create accurate job descriptions, and develop effective selection criteria.
  • Proactively source candidates through multiple channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks.
  • Conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interview schedules, candidate feedback, and provide timely updates to both candidates and stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate data and reporting.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and improve the candidate experience.
  • Assist in onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a technology or fast-paced industry.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws, BPJS regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interviewing, negotiation, and communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
  • Proven ability to source and attract passive candidates using creative techniques.
  • Proficient in using ATS/HRIS and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Jobstreet).
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence hiring decisions.
