Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients through prospecting, networking, and cold-calling in the Kajang/Bangi/Serdang area and beyond.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations to close deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations) to ensure seamless delivery of products/services to clients.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, track progress against targets, and report regularly to management.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in B2B or B2C sales, preferably in a senior or executive role.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Own transport and willingness to travel within the Kajang/Bangi/Serdang region as required.
- Results-driven mindset with a passion for building client relationships and closing deals.
