NTS Components, a leading provider of highâperformance electronic solutions, is looking for a dynamic Senior/Sales Manager to join our team in Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding our customer base, and delivering exceptional service to key accounts across the region.
You will develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the local market, collaborate closely with crossâfunctional teams including marketing, product management, and customer support, and represent NTS Components at industry events and trade shows. Your expertise will help position us as the preferred partner for innovative component solutions, while fostering longâterm relationships with both existing and prospective clients.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve annual revenue targets in the Singapore market.
- Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities with key accounts and distributors.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to align product offerings with market demands.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to inform sales strategy.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet individual and collective goals.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and metrics to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and managing key accounts.
- Strong understanding of the electronic components or technology industry is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
- Valid eligibility to work in Singapore.
