Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue growth targets

- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and key partners
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare comprehensive reports for leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Implement CRM systems and optimize sales processes for maximum efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality Management
- Minimum 7 years of progressive sales experience in luxury hospitality
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with team management experience
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
- Proficiency in sales analytics and CRM software
- Fluency in English with additional language skills preferred
