Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8–10 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a senior or managerial role within the automotive or cold chain logistics industry.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in building and developing sales teams.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of the automotive supply chain and cold chain logistics operations.
