Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets for refrigeration equipment and spare parts.

  • Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the efficiency and reliability of our systems.
  • Manage the entire sales process from initial inquiry and technical consultation to negotiation and contract closure.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and facility managers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in refrigeration, HVAC, or industrial equipment sectors.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and managing complex B2B accounts.
