Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize costs and improve delivery timelines.
- Manage end-to-end operational workflows, including procurement, warehousing, inventory management, and logistics.
- Identify and mitigate potential supply chain disruptions through proactive risk management and contingency planning.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire cross-functional teams to foster a culture of safety, quality, and high performance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies to reduce operational waste.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align supply chain performance with overall business growth and organizational objectives.

Qualifications
- Minimum 10-12 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing leadership roles.
- Proven track record in managing complex supply chain networks within a large-scale industrial or distribution environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a high degree of resilience in navigating high-pressure, volatile situations.
- Excellent leadership abilities, with experience managing large teams and diverse cross-functional stakeholders.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced supply chain analytics tools.
- Strategic mindset with an emphasis on cost-optimization and operational efficiency.
