Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive production plans and schedules to optimize manufacturing efficiency
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure optimal stock availability
- Analyze supply chain data and identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve supply chain issues and ensure timely delivery
- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure quality and timely delivery of materials
- Prepare and maintain accurate supply chain documentation and reporting
- Forecast demand and adjust production plans accordingly to meet market requirements
- Implement and maintain supply chain management systems and tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain coordination
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and ERP systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to challenges
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
