Synapxe is seeking a dedicated Senior Systems Analyst to join the IT Business Partner (ITBP) team supporting the National Healthcare Group (NHG) CIO office. Responsibilities
- Lead the gathering and analysis of complex business requirements for healthcare IT projects.
- Coordinate and facilitate System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Develop comprehensive training materials and conduct end-user training to drive system adoption across healthcare facilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve system issues during the deployment lifecycle.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring alignment between IT initiatives and clinical operational goals.
- Manage project documentation, ensuring all specifications and workflow processes are accurately recorded and updated.
- Monitor system performance post-implementation and recommend enhancements to improve clinical workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in systems analysis, preferably within the healthcare or public sector.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Demonstrated experience in facilitating UAT and managing user training programs.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical requirements for non-technical users.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in integration testing tools and project management software is highly advantageous.
