Private Advertiser is seeking a motivated Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead the full recruitment lifecycle for senior Software, Product, and Marketing roles in the Metro Manila area. In this role you will partner closely with hiring managers to understand their strategic objectives, define role requirements, and craft compelling job briefs. You’ll source, screen, and coordinate interviews for top‑level candidates, ensuring a seamless candidate experience from first contact to offer acceptance. Responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment process for senior‑level positions across software, product, and marketing departments.
- Source and engage passive candidates using advanced strategies (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, talent databases).
- Conduct initial phone/video screenings and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate candidate data within the ATS and generate recruitment metrics and reports.
- Partner with hiring managers to define job specifications, competency models, and selection criteria.
- Develop and execute employer branding campaigns to attract high‑caliber talent.
- Negotiate offers and oversee the candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner, Recruiter, or similar role, preferably within the technology sector.
- Strong knowledge of full‑cycle recruitment and modern sourcing methodologies.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) and HRIS tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a customer‑centric approach.
- Outstanding organizational and time‑management abilities, able to handle multiple requisitions concurrently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Fluency in English; Tagalog is a plus.
