Responsibilities
- Manage the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for specialized Engineering roles and critical Back Office support functions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define technical requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Execute high-volume recruitment activities while maintaining rigorous quality standards and candidate engagement.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter and niche job boards, to identify passive talent.
- Conduct in-depth behavioral and technical screenings to assess candidate competency and cultural alignment.
- Facilitate the offer negotiation process and oversee pre-boarding activities to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and data to identify bottlenecks and optimize the hiring process.
- Represent Enscope at industry networking events and career fairs to enhance our employer brand.
Qualifications
- At least 5-7 years of professional experience in Talent Acquisition, with a focus on Engineering or Technical recruitment.
- Proven track record of success in high-volume recruitment environments.
- Strong knowledge of the Philippine labor market and hiring trends in Quezon City and Metro Manila.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and modern HR technology stacks.
- Strategic thinking with a proactive approach to problem-solving and pipeline building.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certification in HR or recruitment (e.g., PHR, SHRM) is a plus.
